Turning Japanese

There’s a little restaurant in the alley just a few doors down from me called “Asian Kitchen”. It does Vietnamese and Japanese food. It’s nothing special and the food isn’t that authentic, but it’s very cheap. Most meals are around 50,000 dong ($2.50) and a beer is 50 cents. I had a Vietnamese beef stir fry and a Japanese tonkatsu with rice. I would have preferred it with noodles but they didn’t do any Japanese noodles sadly. But considering how close it is and the good price, I suspect I may be eating a few meals there. They do a cheap breakfast as well.

I had some Korean soju and Vietnamese cheese on the balcony for dinner, but after that I went inside and got a bit Japanese again, having sushi and Sapporo while watching Vietnamese music videos on TV. Yummy.
